Anna Iacono

Anna Iacono has a diverse work experience in the field of Talent and Culture. Anna is currently working as the Director of Talent and Culture at Dialogue since September 2023. Prior to this, they held the same role at Intervia from September 2021 to August 2023.

Before that, Anna worked at Pratt & Whitney Canada, where they started as a Senior HR Manager in March 2011 and later became an Associate Director of Human Resources in December 2018. In this role, they acted as a strategic HR Business Partner, led the High Potential Leadership Program, and launched Knowledge Transfer initiatives.

Anna's earlier experience includes working as an HR Business Partner at Kronos Incorporated from January 2002 to December 2009. Anna also worked as a Human Resources Technician at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) Société canadienne d'hypothèques et de logement(SCHL) in 2001. In this role, they developed job descriptions, implemented a mentoring Onboarding Program, and contributed to the Diversity Committee.

Anna Iacono attended Concordia University from 1999 to 2003 and obtained a degree in 2002. The field of study is not specified.
