Jean Marc Ayas

Jean Marc Ayas is an experienced finance and investor relations professional, currently serving as the Director of Investor Relations at Dialogue since June 2021. Previously, Ayas held a role in Investor Relations at Couche-Tard from October 2018 to June 2021 and worked at Scotiabank in Equity Research focusing on Retail and Consumer Products from October 2014 to October 2018. Ayas co-founded Téh Bar, a unique tea bar concept in Quebec, where responsibilities included developing and launching the business, managing store construction, negotiating leases, and securing financing from March 2010 to September 2014. Earlier in the career, Ayas worked at Canaccord Genuity in Institutional Equity Sales and as a Research Associate from May 2006 to March 2010, covering notable companies in the Specialty Retail sector. Ayas also served as a Manager at BCE Nexxia from 2002 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a B.Com in Finance from McGill University and credentials from the Canadian Securities Institute.
