Melissa Azuelos

Melissa Azuelos currently serves as General Counsel at Dialogue since May 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa held various legal positions at Lightspeed HQ from November 2018 to May 2023, including VP, Assistant General Counsel, where responsibilities included preparing the company for its initial public offering and establishing governance frameworks. Earlier experience includes positions at CAE as Senior Legal Counsel, focusing on transactions and corporate governance, and Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, where Melissa specialized in mergers and acquisitions and provided strategic legal advice. Educational qualifications include an LL.B. in Civil Law from Université Laval, an LL.M. in Business Law from Université de Montréal, and a Bachelor of Science from McGill University.
