Caitlin Shannon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in revenue enablement, marketing, and training. Currently serving as Manager of GTM Training and Onboarding at Dialpad since March 2021, Caitlin focuses on enhancing revenue onboarding and training experiences. Prior to Dialpad, Caitlin spent over six years at Dell Technologies, progressing from Inside Sales Associate to Content Strategist & Creative Insights Lead, where notable contributions were made to global marketing campaigns.
