Doug MacKenzie

Doug Mackenzie is an experienced Analytics Engineer and Data Analyst currently working at Dialpad since June 2020, focusing on AI-enabled insights for Contact Center products using Google BigQuery, Looker, and Python. Prior to this, Doug held roles as a Data Engineer at Elevated Signals, contributing to SaaS development, and as a Research Volunteer at the Human Early Learning Partnership, where contributions were made to public health methods. Additional experience includes Business Intelligence Consultant positions at Theory & Practice and Visier Inc., as well as roles in data science and data analysis at companies such as jSonar, Cardinal Path, and RESAAS. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Systems from The University of British Columbia.
