Ilya Prokator

Ilya Prokator is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Backend Engineer at HiBob since June 2023, Ilya previously held the position of Development Team Lead at Earnix from November 2018 to May 2023, where successful delivery of critical projects and team management were key responsibilities. Ilya's career includes a significant tenure as Leading Developer at ECM Consulting, focusing on automating business processes and architectural development, as well as earlier roles in Documentum development and Java software development. Ilya holds degrees from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University and the School of Physics and Technology at the Russian Academy of Sciences.
