Joshua Hynes

Joshua Hynes is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design and management. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Dialpad, Joshua leads a growing team of designers and managers while providing constructive feedback and fostering team collaboration. Prior roles at Dialpad included Senior Design Manager and Product Design Manager, where Joshua worked cross-functionally to enhance project initiatives and raise the influence of design within the organization. Prior to Dialpad, Joshua held the position of Senior Product Designer at Stack Overflow, contributing to multiple key products and collaborating closely with stakeholders. Additional experience includes mentorship roles and design leadership positions at various companies, showcasing a robust background in user experience, design strategy, and team development. Joshua earned a B.A. in Interactive Media from Cedarville University.
