Kamlesh Shanker

Kamlesh Shanker is an accomplished Site Leader and Director of Quality Engineering at Dialpad, overseeing global QA functions for a range of products including Dialpad Meetings and Cloud-based telephony services since February 2019. With a robust background in quality assurance management, Kamlesh has held senior roles at Mitel and BlueJeans Network, leading large teams and ensuring timely product releases through effective test automation and end-to-end testing. Prior experience includes leadership positions at COLT Telecom, Aruba Networks, PicoMobile Systems, and Winphoria-Motorola, enhancing expertise in system testing and quality management. Kamlesh holds a degree in Computer Science from RV College of Engineering and completed an EGBMP in International Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
