Roland Hofstetter started their work experience in 1992 at Hewlett-Packard GmbH as a Software Development Engineer. Roland then progressed to various roles within the company, including Project Lead, Project Manager, and R&D Section Manager. In 2007, they joined Diamant Software GmbH & Co. KG as the Head of Products and Innovation for a brief period. In 2008, they became the Managing Director (Geschäftsführer) at Diamant Software GmbH, a position they still hold.
Roland Hofstetter obtained a Dipl.-Inform. degree in Informatik from the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences. Roland attended the university from 1987 to 1992, successfully completing their education in the field of informatics.
