David Ouyang has extensive work experience in various roles and positions.

Starting in 2000, they worked as an IT Manager at Managed Solutions until 2005.

From 2006 to 2010, they served as the NOC Manager at Bayarea Internet Solutions. During this time, they were involved in capacity planning and building relationships with contractors to support data center construction.
