Ramarathnam Radhakrishnan, CFA, FRM has over 10 years of experience in the finance and investment industry. In 2011, they began their career as an intern at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited. In 2013, they joined MSCI Inc. as an Analyst, where they were involved in the design and implementation of complex reporting and technical solutions for high tier clients. Ramarathnam was later promoted to Associate and then Vice President. In 2021, they moved to Weiss Asset Management as Risk. In 2022, they joined Columbia Threadneedle Investments, US as Director, Multi-Asset and Solutions Investment Risk Management. Currently, they are the Director of Risk Management at Diametric Capital.

Ramarathnam Radhakrishnan has a varied educational background. Ramarathnam completed their high school at Kendriya Vidyalaya in 2009. Ramarathnam then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, which they completed in 2013. In 2015, they obtained a Master's Degree in Finance, General from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Ramarathnam has also obtained several certifications, including a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute in 2021, a Financial Risk Manager (FRM®) from the GARP FRM Program in 2018, and various courses from Coursera, such as Build a Python GUI with Tkinter and Class Creation in Object Oriented Python in 2022, Build a Data Science Web App with Streamlit and Python in 2022, Using Databases with Python in 2020, and Python and Statistics for Financial Analysis in 2019.
