Rob Spezzafero is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in manufacturing. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Diamond Antenna and Microwave Corp since May 2023, Rob oversees the daily manufacturing operations of the company. Previously, Rob held various leadership positions at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions from June 2009 to February 2023, including Director of Operations and several roles focused on value stream management and manufacturing engineering. Rob's earlier experience includes a role as a Manufacturing Engineer at MKS Instruments and ITT. Rob holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
