William Carte

William Carte has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. William began their career in 2002 as a Human Resources Manager at Massey Energy and continued in that role until 2009. From 2009 to 2012, they served as the Human Resources Director at Foresight Energy. In 2012, they joined Haverhill Chemicals as the Human Resources Manager until 2014. From 2014 to the present, William Carte has been working at Diamond Electric Mfg. Corporation, first as the Vice President - Secretary and Treasurer, and then assuming the position of Chief Financial Officer in 2018.

William Carte has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Charleston. William also holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources-Training and Development from Marshall University. In addition, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Marshall University. No specific start or end years are provided for any of their educational pursuits.
