Matthew Rock is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical services management, database administration, and support across various roles. Currently serving as Technical Services Manager at Diamond Game Enterprises since September 2013, Matthew has developed best practices for SQL Server policies, standardized backup and recovery processes, and improved query performance. Previous positions include roles as Technical Field Systems Analyst, Systems Administrator, and IT Support Specialist, where significant contributions were made in deploying and managing server environments, supporting back office applications, and resolving complex technical issues. Early career experiences include IT support technician roles at All PC Solutions and Total Service Computers, as well as self-employment as an IT consultant.
