Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Diamond Generating Corporation since September 2022, Ben previously held the same title at CAMS for a short tenure overseeing day-to-day operations of multiple facilities. Prior to that, Ben managed on-site operations as Plant Manager for DGC Operations, LLC during the construction phases of CPV Valley, LLC. Ben's earlier roles included Senior Plant Manager and Area Manager at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where responsibilities included oversight of the Gateway Generating Station, and Operations Supervisor for the City of Roseville, providing leadership for a municipal combined cycle facility. Ben's career began at Calpine, focusing on geothermal operations at the Geysers in Northern California.
