Matt Rathje

Matt Rathje is a Senior Business Analyst at Diamond Hill Capital Management. Matt has over ten years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on business systems analysis and data management. Prior to joining Diamond Hill, Matt worked for Calvert Investments, where they oversaw the development and implementation of business systems and processes. Matt also spent time at BISYS Hedge Fund Services and BISYS Fund Services, where they gained extensive experience in hedge fund administration and mutual fund accounting. In addition to their work in the financial industry, Matt has also served as a database analyst and consultant for the Ohio State University College of Medicine.

Matt Rathje's educational career includes a Master's degree in Information Technology from Virginia Tech, a BS in Family Financial Management from The Ohio State University, and certification from the University of Nebraska in Business Analysis and from the CFA Institute in the CFA Institute Investment Foundations Certificate (f.k.a. Claritas Investment Certificate).
