Jacob Filik

Jacob Filik is a seasoned professional in the field of software and data analysis, currently serving as a Senior Software Scientist at Diamond Light Source since September 2009. Previous roles at Diamond Light Source include Data Analysis Scientist and Postdoctoral Research Assistant focused on infrared microspectroscopy. Prior to that, Jacob Filik gained experience as a Software Engineer in the Spectroscopy Division at Renishaw from September 2008 to September 2009, and as a Postdoctoral Research Assistant in the Biophotonics Research Group at NHS Gloucestershire from May 2006 to September 2008. Jacob Filik earned a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Bristol between 2003 and 2007.
