Dacotah Buum has held a variety of roles in the past twenty years. From 1999 to 2005, they worked as a Farm Hand at Rokusek Farms, tending to 1000+ head of hogs and 1000+ acres of corn, beans, and sorghum. Dacotah also did custom metal gate fabrication, welding, wood working, and equipment maintenance. From 2004 to 2005, they were a Retention Account Manager at Citi, convincing current customers to keep their accounts open and actively use them. From 2005 to 2006, they were an Account Manager at HSBC Private Banking. From 2006 to 2015, they were an Install Production Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc., managing installed sales for nineteen departments and coordinating projects from start to finish. Finally, from 2015 to 2017, they were the Owner of Midwest Garage and Jeep Shop. Currently, they are a Sales Operations Manager and Inside Regional Sales Manager at Diamond Mowers, managing authorized dealers in the US and Canada and attending trade shows, demonstrations, and trainings.
