Brooke Donohue

Brooke Donohue has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Brooke most recently worked as the Director of Global HR Operations & Talent at Diamond Offshore since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the VP of People & Culture at Anew, a carbon and environmental credits company created by the merger of Element Markets and Bluesource. Brooke also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Pacific Drilling, where they oversaw the global HR function. Earlier in their career, Brooke held various roles at Precision Drilling, including Global Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior HR Business Partner. Brooke started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Granite Properties and also worked as a Member Services Representative at People's Trust Federal Credit Union and as an intern at the Houston Astros.

Brooke Donohue earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Texas McCombs School of Business in 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University in 2009. Brooke also attended Allen High School from 2002 to 2005. In 2012, they obtained a RigPass/Safeland Certified certification from the IADC.
