Lisa Wickersham

Lisa Wickersham has work experience encompassing various roles and responsibilities. Starting in 2010, they began their career at the YMCA of Delaware as Wellness Staff, where they worked until 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Program Coordinator before being promoted to the role of Assistant Program Director, a position they held from 2014 to 2016. Finally, from 2016 to 2018, Lisa was Program Director at the YMCA of Delaware.

In 2018, Lisa transitioned to Diamond State Financial Group, where they held the role of Client Service Team Manager. Subsequently, they were promoted to Operations Manager, a position they currently hold as of 2023.

Lisa Wickersham has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Behavior Science from the University of Delaware between 2011 and 2014. In addition to their degrees, Lisa obtained a certification as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer from the American Council on Exercise in June 2013.
