Lawi Mbira

Lawi Mbira's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Lawi started their career at Blue Range Automation as a Web Master in 2011. Lawi then worked as a Programmer at Web Tribe Ltd from August 2010 to March 2011. In 2010, they also joined JamboPay as the Head of Banking Solutions, where they were responsible for developing e-banking solutions and services, identifying business opportunities, marketing aggressively, and representing the company externally. In 2012, they co-founded TechniLink Technologies Limited, where they set the company's strategy and vision, built the company structure and culture, and managed operations and financial matters. Currently, Lawi Mbira works at Diamond Trust Bank, where they have served as the Head of Channels and Agency Banking from October 2015 to February 2023, and currently holds the position of Head of Sales from January 2022.

Lawi Mbira attended the University of Nairobi from 2008 to 2011, where they completed a Bachelor of Business Information Technology degree in the field of Information Technology. Following this, from 2011 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Management at Kenya Methodist University.
