Lillian Ngala

Lillian Ngala has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Lillian started their career at Diamond Trust Bank, where they held various positions including Human Resources Director, Senior Manager, and Human Resource Manager. Lillian played a crucial role in setting the strategic direction of the bank and led a regional team of HR professionals. In addition to their work at the bank, Lillian served as a Council Member at the Institute of Human Resource Management, where they contributed to the regulation and enhancement of HR practices in Kenya. Lillian was also a Member of the Finance Sector Committee at the National Industrial Training Authority, promoting high standards in industrial training. Furthermore, they served as the Vice Chair of the Board and Director of Human Resources at KeNIC TLD, overseeing the management and administration of Kenya's Country Code Top Level Domain. Lillian's experience also includes being the Vice-Chair of the Council at the Kenya Institute of Bankers and a Member of the Human Resources and Ethics Committee at the Kenya Bankers Association.

Lillian Ngala began their education journey in 2011 when they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at the Institute of Human Resource Management. Lillian later enrolled in the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Strategic Management between 2009 and 2011. Lillian furthered their education at the same university from 2016 to 2021, completing their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Resource Management.
