Nancy M.

Nancy M. has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Diamond Trust Bank since October 2017, overseeing talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, and disciplinary procedures. As a Board Member at Kilimanjaro Development Forum since December 2019, Nancy contributes strategic insights to organizational governance.
