Lori Flugum

Lori Flugum has extensive work experience in the field of business operations and innovation. Lori currently serves as the Innovation and Business Planning Lead at Cargill Health Technologies since June 2020. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at Diamond V, including Director of Business Operations Supply Chain and Director of Quality and Compliance. Lori's experience spans across multiple industries, showcasing their expertise in supply chain management and ensuring quality and compliance within organizations.

Lori Flugum earned an Associate of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from North Iowa Area Community College from 1982 to 1984. Lori then obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from The University of Iowa from 1985 to 1987. Later, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Food Safety and Defense from Iowa State University from 2011 to 2013.
