Adam Majer, MBA has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Adam started their career at Clever Painting as a painter during their high school years. Adam then interned at Maverick Energy as a Field Engineer, where they worked on daily field operational tasks and performed maintenance work.

After that, Adam interned at Hess Corporation as a Facilities Engineer, where they played a crucial role in the central facility project by creating a project schedule, finalizing the budget, and optimizing the general assembly. Adam also interned at Hess Corporation as a Reservoir Engineer, where they developed a new fluid modeling methodology that resulted in more accurate oil reserves and production forecasts.

Adam then joined Liberty Oilfield Services as a Field Engineer, where they served as the main point of contact between customers and the frac operation. Adam monitored and evaluated well stimulation services in real-time and ensured operations were performed according to the customer's desired design.

Currently, Adam is working at Diamondback Energy, starting as an Associate Completion Engineer, responsible for managing and supporting frac and drillout operations. Adam eventually became an Associate Production Engineer, overseeing production optimization for over 120 wells. Now, as a Senior Completions Engineer, Adam is responsible for completions designs and production enhancements, working on future development in collaboration with asset teams.

Adam Majer, MBA has a strong educational background in the fields of finance and petroleum engineering. Adam obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from The University of Texas Permian Basin in 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Petroleum Engineering from Marietta College in the years 2013 to 2017.

Adam also holds a High School degree from Quabbin Regional High School in Massachusetts, where they completed their education from 2009 to 2013.
