Soumyadeep Ghosh

Soumyadeep Ghosh is an experienced professional in the petroleum and natural gas engineering field, currently serving as the Lead Reservoir Simulation Engineer at Chevron since October 2015, focusing on recovery mechanisms and mechanistic modeling. Ghosh has previously held roles as Lead Reservoir Engineer and Reservoir Simulation Engineer, specializing in waterflood surveillance and gas enhanced oil recovery (EOR) simulation. Ghosh earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from Penn State University in 2015, a Master of Business Administration from the Quantic School of Business and Technology in 2023, and a Bachelor of Technology in Oils, Oleochemicals and Surfactants from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, in 2011.
