Gary Hinterlong

Gary Hinterlong has a diverse work experience in the media industry. Gary started their career as a Production Assistant at Mark Salazar Productions, where they worked on the set of a Hispanic entertainment show. Gary then joined KOSA-TV, where they held various roles such as Master Control Operator/Production, Associate News Producer, and News and Web Producer. In these roles, they were responsible for running commercials, writing and producing stories, and managing web pages. Gary later became the Executive Morning Producer at KOSA-TV, where they fact-checked breaking news and built positive relationships with clients and sources. Following that, they joined Townsquare Media as a Digital Managing Editor, overseeing editorial operations of radio station websites and social media. Here, they created digital content, partnered with teams to create compelling content, and updated social media and websites during live events. Gary'smost recent role is as a Desktop Support Analyst at Diamondback Energy Inc.

Gary Hinterlong completed their Associate of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies at Midland College from 2002 to 2004. Gary then pursued further education at The University of Texas Permian Basin from 2004 to 2006 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Communications.
