Lauren Miller

Lauren Miller has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and research. In 2022, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Diamondback Energy and prior to that, they were a Human Resources Representative at the same company. In 2021, Lauren served as a Human Resources Partner at Amazon and also held the position of Senior Human Resources Assistant. Lauren gained research experience as a Senior Research Assistant in the PRYDe Lab at Texas Tech University Psychology Department from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, Lauren worked in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness - Organization Development at Texas A&M University from May to August 2020.

Lauren Miller completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Texas Tech University from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Collin College from 2015 to 2017 for Dual Credit courses.
