Ms-Hrm Mikayla Thorp

Mikayla Thorp, MS-HRM, has a solid work experience history that spans different roles and responsibilities in various companies. Mikayla started their professional journey as a Student Assistant at Texas Tech University in October 2019 and continued until May 2020. After that, they joined Dril-Quip in November 2020 as a Compensation Intern and worked until December 2021. Following their internship, Mikayla joined Diamondback Energy as a Senior Human Resources Representative in January 2022. In October 2022, they transitioned into the role of a Human Resources Generalist at the same company.

Mikayla Thorp holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Mikayla pursued this degree from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, Mikayla obtained their Bachelor's degree in Management/Human Resources from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. Mikayla completed their undergraduate education from 2017 to 2020.
