Shemika Williams

Shemika Williams has a strong work history in the energy industry. Shemika began their career in 2006 as a Senior Account Control Representative at Herc Rentals and worked there until 2008. Shemika then moved on to Tinker Federal Credit Union, where they worked as an Adjustor from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, Shemika joined Chesapeake Energy as a Division Order Analyst, a role they held until 2018. In 2018, Shemika briefly worked at an Oil & Gas Independent company in Land Administration. Since 2020, they have been employed at Diamondback Energy as a Division Order Analyst, with a recent promotion to Senior Division Order Analyst.

Shemika Williams has earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Oklahoma Christian University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Oklahoma State University.
