Jithu James

Jithu James has significant experience in talent sourcing and recruitment, currently serving as an Account Manager at Diamondpick since January 2023. Prior to this role, Jithu was a Customer Success Manager at HiyaMee from April 2021 to January 2023, where engagement with a talent community of over 7 million technologists was key. Jithu also worked at TEKsystems as an Information Technology Recruiter from May 2019 to April 2021, focusing on understanding client requirements and sourcing top talent through various strategies. Jithu began in the recruitment field as a TA Intern at Adecco in 2017. Jithu holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Mysore and a Bachelor of Commerce in Taxation from the University of Kerala.
