William A. Navas

William A. Navas has extensive experience in the design, construction, and project management of hotel properties. William A. currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Design & Construction at DiamondRock Hospitality, where they oversee capital improvement projects. Prior to this role, they founded and managed Rich-Port Hospitality Development LLC, providing advisory services for hotel owners. William A. also served as President of Digney York Associates, a renovation contractor, and as Senior Vice President of Design & Construction at The Trump Organization, where they led renovation projects for owned and managed assets. Earlier in their career, Navas held leadership positions at Hospitality 3, W Hotels, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. William A. is skilled in managing budgets, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring successful project execution.

William A. Navas attended Cornell University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Facilities, Design & Development. In April 2020, they also received certification in Real Estate Deal Structuring: Introduction to the Waterfall Framework from LinkedIn.
