Paul Gunderson

Paul Gunderson is a seasoned professional in architecture and construction, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Design & Construction at Station Casinos since July 2023. Previously, Gunderson held the role of Vice President of Architectural Development at Resorts World Las Vegas from September 2015 to July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director at Las Vegas Sands Corp. from March 2006 to August 2015, with specialized roles in Programming and Planning as well as Architecture and Design. Earlier in the career, Gunderson worked as a Senior Designer at HKS and as a Designer at renowned firms such as Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP and Leo A Daly. Paul Gunderson earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The University of Texas at Arlington between 1992 and 1996.
