Caitlin Eisenbarth, LCSW

Caitlin Eisenbarth, LCSW has over 10 years of work experience in the social work field. Caitlin began their career in 2010 as a School Social Worker for Kansas City Public Schools. In 2012, they moved to Miami-Dade Guardian ad Litem Program as a Staff Advocate. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Renal Social Worker for DaVita Kidney Care and as a Facility Master Social Worker for Fresenius Medical Care North America. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Supervisee in Social Work for Hampton Roads Psychological Assoc and a Regional Behavioral Health Manager and Director of Community Based Behavioral Health for Good Neighbor. In 2021, they became an Area Director-Jacksonville for Arosa and is currently a Regional Director, Southeast for Diana Health (We're Hiring!).

Caitlin Eisenbarth, LCSW obtained their Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) from The University of Kansas in 2014, with a focus in Clinical Social Work. Caitlin obtained their Bachelor of Social Work (B.S.W.) from The University of Kansas in 2011, with a focus in Social Work. Caitlin obtained their Licensed Clinical Social Worker certification from the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH in August 2021 and from the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Health Professions- Board of Social Work in July 2017.
