Lindsley Ruth

Lindsley Ruth is a seasoned executive and investment professional with extensive experience in the distribution industry. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Partner at Dianomi Partners since January 2024, Lindsley focuses on driving growth and enhancing digital capabilities for distribution businesses. Additionally, Lindsley is an author, with a book on personal and professional transformation set to be published in 2025. Previously, Lindsley held the position of Non Executive Director at Ashtead Group Plc, contributing to one of the top-performing FTSE100 companies from May 2019 to September 2024. Lindsley also served as CEO of RS Group plc from April 2015 to December 2022, overseeing a global omni-channel distributor, and held pivotal roles at Future Electronics and Solectron Technology. Lindsley holds an MBA from Texas A&M University and a degree in Industrial Distribution from the same institution.
