Barbara Rocchi

Barbara Rocchi has a diverse professional background in HR, with extensive experience in various industries. Barbara currently holds the position of HR Commercial Senior Director at DiaSorin since May 2023 and is responsible for the EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions. Prior to this role, they served as the HR Director for Europe and Israel at DiaSorin starting in February 2021.

Before joining DiaSorin, Barbara worked at Gyrodata as the Regional HR Manager for Europe, Africa, and the Caspian region. During their tenure from June 2007 to May 2017, they led a small HR team and played a pivotal role in transforming the HR function into a vital partner within the organization.

Barbara also gained experience at Craig Group as the Group HR Coordinator from November 2004 to June 2007. In this role, they provided generalist HR support to personnel across different industry sectors and assisted in establishing and maintaining the Group Personnel Record System.

Barbara began their HR career at AMEC as an HR Administrator in August 2004.

Barbara Rocchi holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Robert Gordon University, which they completed from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages and Literatures, with a focus on General Studies, from Università di Pisa, where they studied between 1995 and 2002.
