Elise Kim, PharmD, BCACP, CDCES has worked in various roles since 2010. Her work experience includes a Pharmacy Intern at CVS Pharmacy from 2010 to 2012, a PGY1 Pharmacy Resident at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center from 2012 to 2013, a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Resident and a Pharmacotherapy Specialist, Transitions of Care (TOC) at The Brooklyn Hospital Center from 2013 to 2016, an ASHP-Accredited PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency Program Director at LIU Brooklyn from 2016 to 2022, and a Clinical Director at Diasyst - Medication Intelligence from 2022.
