Valeria Gigli

Valeria Gigli has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the Human Resources Director at Diaverum since April 2021. In this role, they are responsible for developing HR and organizational strategies to achieve business objectives, managing all HR operations, and promoting employee development through training programs.

Prior to Diaverum, Valeria worked at Entain from November 2019 to April 2021 as the Payroll, Personnel, and Trade Unions Manager. Their responsibilities included employee relations management, ensuring compliance with labor laws, overseeing the payroll cycle, and HR cost controlling.

Valeria also gained valuable experience at Fox Networks Group, where they held various HR positions from 2006 to 2019. Valeria Gigli has a diverse education history. Valeria started their education in 1999 and graduated in 2004 with a degree in Law that focused on the business field from Luiss Guido Carli University. In 2004-2005, Valeria attended LUISS Business School and studied HR management.

In 2008, Valeria further expanded their knowledge in the field of recruiting by attending SDA Bocconi for a short period of time.

In 2010, they enrolled at Il Sole 24 Ore and studied "Diritto Del Lavoro e Relazioni Sindacali" (Labor Law and Union Relations).
