Bodil Östmarck has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 2004, they worked for SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) in the roles of Route Controller - Revenue Management and Key Account & Account Manager. In 2014, they moved to Are Byservice, where they were the Head of Support Services and Project Manager IT & Marketing. In 2016, they worked at Hotell Fjällgården as a Customer Service & Conference. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Holiday Club Åre as a Senior Revenue Manager and Revenue Manager. Finally, in 2022, they worked at DIB Travel as a Customer Support Representative and at Åre kommun as a Tourist Agent, Project employment.

Bodil Östmarck obtained a Certificate in Key Account Management from FEI Företagsekonomiska Institutet. Bodil is currently enrolled in courses at Swedavia for Human Factors and Althea Amadeus. In 2022, they will also attend the Elevation Leadership Camp. In 2015, they obtained a Project Management Incoming Tourism and Events degree from Frans Shartaus Handels Institut. Additionally, they have certifications in Key Account Management, Level III Ticketing & Tariff, and Project Management from International Air Transport Association (IATA) and Frans Schartaus Handelsinstitut.
