AJ Mildenberg, CFA, CAIA

AJ Mildenberg, CFA, CAIA has a long and varied career in finance and operations. AJ began their career in 2007 as an Accounts Receivable- Central Operations Processor at Zotec Partners. In 2010, they worked as a Bartender at Jonathan Club, where they were an integral part of the operations team, providing great service and interpersonal skills that resulted in higher rates of repeat customers. In 2012, they became the Chief Financial Officer at TappedIn. From 2013-2016, they worked at Cooper Gay Swett & Crawford as an Account Manager and Associate. During this time, they also held a Consultant role at GenYrator in 2015. From 2016-2020, they worked at Wilshire Associates as a Consulting Associate, Senior Financial Analyst, Customer Success Manager, and Fintech SaaS Investment Analytics. In 2020, they moved to FarmFundr as a Senior Investment Associate, Investor Relations, Investment Presentations, and Financial Analyst. Currently, they are the VP Finance & Operations and Head of Business Operations at Dibbs.

AJ Mildenberg, CFA, CAIA has a diverse educational background. AJ received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the University of Southern California in 2012, with a focus in Econometrics, Statistics, Money Credit Banking, Game Theory, International and Corporate Finance. In 2007, they attended Stanford University's Summer College Program in Business/Managerial Economics. AJ also graduated with Academic Honors from Zionsville Community High School in 2008. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder from the CFA Institute in 2016 and a CAIA Charterholder from the CAIA Association in 2017. AJ has also passed Level I of the CAIA Program.
