Federico Rusconi

Federico Rusconi is a Co-Founder and CEO at DIBS | Digital Innovation Business School since May 2023, where the focus is on innovative co-training models that integrate modern technologies to enhance knowledge sharing and skill development. Prior to this, Federico served as Director of Marketing and Account Project Manager at SAEP ICT Engineering s.r.l. from November 2017 to May 2023, overseeing brand identity and client relations. Additionally, Federico co-founded and presided over Horizon Entertainment Organization, a non-profit aimed at nurturing young talent in the entertainment sector from January 2018 to June 2020. Federico's career also includes roles as a copywriter and producer at People Ideas & Culture and internships at Serviceplan Group and Ogilvy & Mather. Federico holds an Executive MBA from 24ORE Business School and a Master’s degree in Copywriting from Miami Ad School Madrid.
