Mike James

Mike James began their work experience at VISTEON in 1995, holding various engineering positions until 2005. Mike then worked as a Lean Manufacturing Manager at Federal Mogul in St. Johns Michigan, followed by an Engineering & Process Manager role at Federal Mogul in Greenville Michigan from 2006 to 2008. From 2008 to 2013, they served as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager at TRW Automotive in Portland Michigan. Mike then became a Radiator Process Engineering Manager at DENSO from 2013 to 2015. Mike then joined Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation as a Value Stream Manager from 2015 to 2016. Since 2016, Mike has been working as a Director Of Engineering at Dicastal North America. In 2023, they will assume the role of Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering at Mobex Global.

Mike James earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology/Chemistry from Franciscan University of Steubenville in the years 1986 to 1990. Mike later pursued a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in Environmental Engineering from Wayne State University from 1993 to 1995.
