Emily Cook

Emily Cook currently serves as Operations Manager at DICED since April 2022 and has held the position of General Manager since then. In parallel, Emily has worked at Rocky Top Catering as Operations Manager and Delivery Manager since September 2019. Previous experience includes a role as Assistant Catering Manager at Durham Bulls Baseball Club from January 2019 to September 2019, where responsibilities encompassed managing specialty catered events and overseeing food and beverage operations.
