David Broussard

David has been a certified grant professional (GPC) since 2009 and has worked in the non-profit development field since 1997. He has led organizations in areas such as prospect research and management, direct response fundraising, and institutional funding and has taught or presented at regional and national conferences on all these topics. He is currently a board member of the Grant Professional Certification Institute (GPCI).

David is fluent in French and is president and founder of Impact France which has facilitated over $12 million in grants and gifts to French ministries. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in French from Dickinson College, and studied at the Université de Toulouse-le-Mirail, and interned at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace (SUPAERO) in France.

Most recently David was the Grants and Research Officer for the WellStar Foundation, a supporting organization for a 5-hospital healthcare system in the metro Atlanta area. Previously he served as Director of Development for the National Fatherhood Initiative.
