Sandy Fite

Sandy Fite serves DickersonBakker as the Director of Consulting Operations, working collaboratively with consultants and team members. Through her role, Sandy continuously seeks to improve the efficiency of how they deliver their services, providing a platform for their consultants to perform their life’s best work.

Prior to joining DickersonBakker, Sandy served as Vice President of Operations and Director of Surveys for Cargill Associates for 10 years. During her time at Cargill, Sandy was hands on, creating materials for Feasibility Studies and Capital Campaigns, supervising daily activities of the firm, providing direct support to consultants, and assisting the CEO.

Sandy’s attention to detail and industry experience are fundamental in overseeing the fine points of their processes behind the scenes and in her client interactions.

Sandy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma. She spends Sunday afternoons volunteering in the church office and is also involved in several philanthropic organizations. In her free time, Sandy enjoys exercising, reading, and the culinary arts.

Sandy and her husband Thomas have two adult children and one grandchild and currently reside in Euless, Texas.
