Katrien Baaij

Katrien Baaij is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in menswear, womenswear, and accessories. Currently serving as Senior Design Manager Global at Dickies®, a VF Company, since June 2019, Katrien has progressed through various roles, including Design Manager and Designer for the EMEA region. Prior experience includes a tenure at G-Star RAW from December 2013 to May 2019, where Katrien held positions as Senior Designer, Menswear Designer, and Junior Designer, focusing on the Woven & Outerwear and Cargo collections. Early career experience includes a role as Design Assistant at Kit Neale in London. Katrien earned a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design from the Willem de Kooning Academy Rotterdam and studied at The Manchester Metropolitan University.
