Emily Douglas is a seasoned real estate attorney with a comprehensive background in representing financial institutions and private developers. Throughout their career, they documented and negotiated complex lending transactions involving a variety of assets across the United States, including hotels and large-scale residential developments. Emily previously served as an attorney at FIKSO KRETSCHMER SMITH DIXON ORMSETH, P.S. and as an associate at JONES DAY®. Currently, they hold the position of Of Counsel at Dickinson Wright while also serving as Of Counsel at Ashbaugh Beal. Emily earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Rice University.
