Chris Andraka is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in leadership and process improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Dickson Furniture Manufacturers, Chris established and manages a team of eight engineers, implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) and LEAN methodologies to enhance safety, quality, and production efficiency. Previously, Chris held multiple senior engineering management roles at Goodman Manufacturing, overseeing large teams and significant budgets while restructuring departments and introducing important maintenance management systems. Chris's engineering career began at Continental, promoting operational improvements and project management across various divisions. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mandarin Chinese from the University of Rhode Island, complemented by a study abroad program at Zhejiang University.
