Dictum Health
Mory is a widely recognized telecommunications pioneer. Prior to Dictum Health Inc., he co-founded Zhone Technologies in 1999 and worked as the Chairman and CEO until 2014. From 1995 to 1999, Mory was President and CEO of Ascend Communications Inc., a telecommunications equipment provider that was acquired by Lucent Technologies. Previously, Mory held various senior management positions with Ascend Communications and Micom Systems.
He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MS in Systems Engineering from California State University at Northridge, and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
