Iris van Baarsen

Iris van Baarsen has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Iris'smost recent position is as the Head of People & Culture at dida Machine Learning, where they are involved in providing customized solutions for machine learning. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Coach & Author and also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Elektrobit (EB) - Automotive, where they were responsible for various tasks such as setting up and reorienting the HR department, process optimization, and budget management. Iris also has a significant tenure at KPMG Deutschland, where they held multiple roles including HR Head of HR Infrastructure, HR Regional Manager, Manager Service Phone & Recruiting, HR-Projektmanager, and Recruiter. Iris van Baarsen's education history includes various qualifications and certifications. Iris completed a systemischer Business Coach Ausbildung in 2006-2007, earning the degree of Systemischer Coach. From 1993 to 1998, they studied at Fachhochschule Düsseldorf and obtained a Diplom Betriebswirtin degree in BWL. In 2015, they attended Leadership Agility Coaching and Mentalcoach programs.
